Job Description


  • Work with the Leader Team to define, achieve and exceed business goals
  • Developing a publisher sales strategy that drives business growth
  • Continuously prospecting for new business using your existing network of relationships and creating new relationships
  • Train and lead sales efforts to achieve revenue goals
  • Developing and growing BidGear market presence
  • Support publisher issues in cooperation process



  • Fluent English (writing skill)
  • Good knowledge & familiarity with marketing, online advertising models, ad optimization and ad technologies
  •  Graduated applicants from Foreign Trade University, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, Vietnam University of Commerce are preferred
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business 
  • Good written, presenting & oral communication skills
  • High energy, self motivated, pressure bearable and passionate about working in a fast paced start up environment
